grounded therapeutic space—wherever you are.

Sometimes the support we’re seeking isn’t about location—it’s about presence.

Virtual therapy offers a way to engage in deep, embodied work while remaining in the familiarity and comfort of your own space. When held with care and attunement, meaningful somatic therapy can unfold online just as it does in person.

This work meets you where you are—literally and relationally.

How Virtual Somatic Therapy Works

Virtual sessions are guided with the same qualities of presence, pacing, and respect as in-person work.

Together, we orient to your body, breath, and environment—listening for what is asking for attention, release, or support. Nature-based awareness and somatic practices are adapted thoughtfully for online sessions, often inviting you to connect with the land, light, or elements around you.

The focus is not on doing more, but on settling into what is already here.

What Virtual Therapy Can Support

Clients often seek virtual somatic therapy when they are experiencing:

  • Chronic stress, overwhelm, or difficulty settling

  • Anxiety or a persistent sense of pressure

  • Burnout, depletion, or loss of inner orientation

  • Chronic pain or tension held in the body

  • Grief, transition, or seasons of uncertainty

  • A desire for deeper embodiment and self-trust

For those who name their experience this way, the work is also trauma-informed and supportive of nervous system healing over time.
