For generations, people have gathered beneath the full moon to mark the passage of time, tend the Earth, share ceremony, and remember their relationship with the rhythms of the natural world.

Each month, we will come together in community and join in this ancient rhythm of remembrance and reflection. Throughout the year, each moon and season carries its own energy, invitations, and gifts. During our time together, you will be invited into somatic practices, nature-based therapeutic practices, ceremony, reflection, and space for connection.

Our time together will be anchored in connection and designed to be restorative to the nervous system, support embodied presence, enhance intuition, and deepen connection with Self, community, and the Earth.

This month, Julie Sczerbinski, co-founder of Heartwood School of Forest Therapy, will guide us in a Grief Circle and Ritual.
