A space to listen more deeply—to yourself.

There are moments when what’s needed is not therapy, and not advice—but a grounded, attuned partnership that helps you listen more clearly to what you already know.

What Presence-Based Coaching Is
Presence-based coaching is an embodied, relational process that supports you in meeting life as it is—while listening for what’s asking to shift, soften, or emerge.
Presence-based coaching offers a spacious container for reflection, discernment, and integration. It supports you in slowing down, orienting inward, and responding to life from a place of embodied truth rather than habit or urgency.
This work is not about fixing or pushing toward outcomes.
It’s about clarifying what is already alive within you.
Sessions draw from:
- Somatic awareness and embodied listening
- Mindful inquiry and reflection
- Nature-informed wisdom
- Gentle tracking of patterns, impulses, and inner signals
Rather than analyzing from the mind alone, we include the intelligence of the body, breath, and felt sense.
What This Work Can Support
Clients often seek presence-based coaching when they are experiencing:
- A sense of being at a threshold or crossroads
- Questions that can’t be answered through logic alone
- Over-functioning, pressure, or constant striving
- A desire for more authenticity and alignment
- Longing for clarity without urgency
- A call to live and lead from deeper inner authority
This work supports discernment, not diagnosis.
Who This Work Is For
Presence-based coaching is well-suited for individuals who:
- Have done personal or therapeutic work already
- Are intuitive, reflective, and self-aware
- Want a grounded partner for inner exploration
- Value depth, pacing, and relational presence
- Live outside of North Carolina or prefer a non-clinical container
Many clients are leaders, creatives, healers, educators, or people in meaningful roles who are refining how they live, lead, and relate.
How Coaching Sessions Work
Sessions are held virtually and unfold in real time, shaped by what is present and alive.
We may:
- Pause and listen to what the body is communicating
- Explore questions through felt sense and imagery
- Work with nature as a reflective ally
- Track patterns and responses with compassion
- Create space for insight to arise organically
There is no agenda to perform or produce.
Presence leads. Meaning follows.
Coaching vs. Therapy
Presence-based coaching is distinct from psychotherapy and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
If you are seeking therapy and reside in North Carolina, you may wish to explore private somatic therapy or virtual therapy options instead.
