I’m traveling solo. Is that ok?
Yes, that is wonderful! You will have the chance to make new friends and build community. We usually have between 25-40% of our retreat participants who literally do not know anyone. You will be in great company. We can match you up with another retreat participant for your lodging.
I’ve let my yoga practice fall by the wayside. Will this be a problem?
We have you! You don’t need to worry about your yoga skills. All the yoga taught will have lots of options for you to do what is best for you.
