All-natural Prozac, life-changing catalysts, nourishment for the soul, and a gift of profound clarity – are a few of the ways my retreats have been described.  

For the past 25 years, I have been leading individuals on retreats and adventures that awaken the heart and enliven the senses.

I offer one day to extended international retreats. I also create retreat experiences for groups based on their needs and desired outcomes. Please be in touch if you would like for me to create a retreat experience for your group.

What is mental fatigue?

Ruminating thoughts, constant decision making, clutter, procrastination, overcommitting, and lack of sleep all – contribute to your brain being in overdrive, resulting in mental fatigue. Mental fatigue affects not only your cognitive function but also your emotional and physical well-being.  

What are the signs of mental fatigue?

  • Feeling overwhelmed by what is going on around you.
  • You miss details or make simples mistakes.
  • Experience mental blocks
  • Feeling more emotional 
  • Depression or low energy
  • Reactive or irritable  

There are proven strategies for restoration from mental fatigue, and nature connection is at the top of the list.

I offer a 30 to 45 -minute experiential lunch and learn workshop to day-long retreats.

At the end of each workshop, individuals feel a sense of calm and mental restoration and can apply the strategies learned to both professional and home life.
